Located in Yasuní National Park on the banks of the Río Napo, Sacha Lodge enjoys an exceptionally remote setting within Ecuador's Amazon Rainforest. Surrounded by pristine rainforest and accessed by air and river, it offers an immersive experience in one of the country's most important protected natural areas.

Your Stay

Designed to blend with its rainforest surroundings, Sacha Lodge is on the bank of a peaceful lagoon, with raised metal walkways linking the cabins with the lodge’s main facilities through the forest. Unlike traditional paved paths, these elevated walkways pass above the forest floor and wetlands, occasionally providing the chance to spot wildlife both beneath the walkways and amongst the trees. The lodge is divided into several areas, all within easy walking distance, creating a relaxed atmosphere while maintaining a close connection with the natural rainforest.

The spacious wooden cabins are thoughtfully positioned amongst the rainforest, each featuring a private balcony and glass-enclosed showers with stunning views into the jungle. The room’s air conditioning also provides welcome relief in the tropical climate. Wellington boots and umbrellas are provided for exploring the forest trails, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the lodge. Guests can also enjoy the lodge's enclosed lagoon area, offering the unusual opportunity to swim in the Amazon's natural waters.

Dining Options

The welcoming reception and bar area overlooks the lagoon, where breakfast is served against a backdrop of rainforest views. Complimentary tea and coffee are available throughout the day. Lunch and evening meals are served in a traditional thatched building with warm wooden furnishings, where an à la carte dinner menu showcases a variety of locally inspired dishes.
