Surrounded by beautiful scenery, this experience offers the chance to discover how the region’s climate and elevation contribute to the production of its wines. During your visit, learn about the grape varieties grown here and the care taken to produce fruit of the highest quality.
Accompanied by an expert oenologist, gain insight into both traditional and modern winemaking techniques, following the journey from harvest through to fermentation and bottling. Visit the cellar, where the wines are aged in oak barrels, before continuing to the laboratory to learn about the quality controls carried out to ensure each bottle meets the estate’s exacting standards.
Your visit concludes with a guided tasting of two wines – a Fragolino red and a Palomino fine white – with the opportunity to appreciate the character and nuances of each.
