This three-hour coastal excursion is an exhilarating round trip of 50-80 kilometres in search of orcas, humpback whales, minke whales, grey whales, porpoises, harbour seals and other marine wildlife. Ride aboard a 14-metre ocean cruiser which enables you to have a safe and intimate whale watching experience in the comfort of a covered vessel. Information on wildlife, landscapes, and answers for any questions are provided by certified marine biologists and naturalists. The route of the voyage varies depending on whale sightings and weather conditions. Typically, you’ll cruise along Victoria’s scenic waterfront to Oak Bay and the Chain Islets. Here you’ll spot harbour seals and seabirds before heading east to San Juan Island, or north along the Saanich Peninsula.
