Visit the historic mansion of Arequipa’s founder, Garcí Manuel de Carbajal, built in 1540 by the Jesuits and filled with colonial-era furniture and paintings. Continue to Sabandía’s Old Mill, where water has flowed since 1621, connecting past and present.
