Explore three of Bangkok’s most notable temples on this half-day tour, offering an introduction to the city’s religious and cultural heritage.
Begin at Wat Traimit, home to the Golden Buddha, a 5.5-ton solid gold statue and an important example of Sukhothai-era art. Continue through Chinatown to Wat Pho, the oldest and largest temple in Bangkok, known for its Reclining Buddha, with feet inlaid with mother-of-pearl designs. The final stop is Wat Benchamabophit, a temple built from white Italian marble and recognised for its symmetry and design.
Please note that modest dress is required when visiting temples, with shoulders and knees covered, and shoes removed when entering certain areas.
