Keep your eyes peeled as we explore the abundant estuaries and wetlands for saltwater crocodiles. Starting with a cruise on the Proserpine River through the mangroves where around 150 crocodiles inhabit the area, along with diverse birdlife and marine species.
After a tasty barbecue lunch, we continue with a tractor-drawn wagon ride across the Goorganga Plains, with its freshwater wetlands, melaleuca forests, and native wildlife, accompanied by expert local guides. We round off the day with a traditional Australian billy tea and damper cake.
