Until 31 December 2026, British Citizens can enter China for tourism purposes without a visa for stays of up to 30 days.

For tours departing from 1 January 2027 onwards, you will need to apply for a Chinese visa.

It is advisable that you begin your visa application process from three months prior to your arrival date in China, to allow for any delays.
